Bovine colostrum (Colostrum bovinum) is a secretion of the mammary gland of cows produced for about the first six days after birth, but its production begins as early as three weeks before calving. It is a source of easily digestible and easily absorbable nutrients.

Swallow the capsules with plenty of water after a meal.  Take 2 capsules 2 times a day.
