  • Haridra (Curcuma longa):This herb has anti-inflammatory, analgesic & anti-oxidant properties. It helps to relieve pain, swelling & inflammation of the joints. Haridra also helps in the detoxification of the body. It balances Vata & Kapha dosha in the body.
  • Saunth (Zingiber officinale):Saunth is beneficial in relieving the symptoms like pain, muscle soreness, swelling, and inflammation. It helps to reduce bone degradation and inflammation. Saunth also helps in building a strong immune system.
  • Shallaki (Boswellia serrata):Shallaki is an effective herb for muscular pains, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis. Balances Kapha and pitta dosha in the body. Shallaki helps to improve joint flexibility and mobility and is beneficial in pain, inflammation, and swelling conditions.

Take 1- 2 capsules twice daily after each meal with milk or plain water.
