Description of OstroVit Omega 3 + ADEK

Polyunsaturated fatty acids omega 3 are compounds included in the group of essential fatty acids (EFAs). The body is not capable of synthesizing them on its own, so omega-3 fats must be supplied to the body from the outside, with food or dietary supplements. Among the omega-3 fatty acids are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), compounds that naturally occur in oily sea fish or seafood.
  • Vitamin A is a carotene derivative belonging to the carotenoid group. It is an ingredient classified as a fat-soluble vitamin, which is accumulated in the human body in the liver and adipose tissue.
  • Vitamin D is a steroidal organic chemical compound classified as a fat-soluble vitamin, the bioavailability of which, like that of other compounds in this group, is closely related to the presence of fats in the daily diet. Vitamin D can be supplied to the body with food - it is mainly found in oily marine fish, as well as in the form of dietary supplements. Directions OstroVit Omega 3 + ADEK
