Ingredients: MCT oil contains medium-chain triglycerides from coconut oil. Product may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
One serving of the product 12 g (2 tablespoons) consume 2 times a day during meals. The recommended serving of the product can be increased by 12 g every 3 days to obtain the optimal portion adapted to your needs. Ingestion of a single amount greater than 100 g of product may cause gastrointestinal complaints.
