Food supplement in the form of a hard capsule containing magnesium, zinc, L-aspartic acid and vitamin B6. Created to relieve stress and improve relaxation.

Directions Osavi Magnesium balance & relax

Take 3 capsules, an hour before sleep. Swallow the capsules with a glass of water. We suggest taking three capsules 1 hour before sleep.
