Description of Olimp Chela-Mag B6

Olimp Chela-Mag B6 magnesium + vitamin B6 is a food supplement in the form of effervescent tablets containing a highly absorbable form of magnesium amino acid chelate Albion® (magnesium bisglycinate), enriched with vitamin B6.

Magnesium and vitamin B6, are responsible for proper functioning of the nervous system, affect the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and maintaining normal psychological functions, as well as help to maintain proper energy metabolism of the body. In addition, studies have shown that magnesium helps in the proper functioning of muscles, participates in the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, and it is involved in maintaining the electrolyte balance.
