Black cumin CCD is a combination of black cumin seed oil, garlic oil macerate standardized to contain alliin and vitamin D3.
Black cumin oil is made from the seeds of the black cumin plant, known as Egyptian black cumin. It is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fats, which include omega-6 acids. A fatty acid from the omega-6 family is linoleic acid (LA), which helps maintain proper cholesterol levels in the blood. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 10 g of LA per day. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels (mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids are unsaturated fats).
Vitamin D supports the proper functioning of muscles and the immune system, and also participates in the process of cell division. Moreover, it helps maintain healthy bones and teeth.
Garlic contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and the proper functioning of the respiratory system.
