Vitamins A and D are naturally occurring in cod live oil. Each serving contains up to 20% of the Daily Value for vitamin A and less than 1% o the Daily Value for the vitamin D.
 
Ingredients: Purified arctic cod liver oil, soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural flavor), RRR-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant),  natural flavor, rosemary extract (a natural preservative). No gluten, milk derivatives, or artificial colors or flavors.

Directions Nordic Naturals Children's DHA 250 mg

For ages 3-6 years, four soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed.
