Ingredients: calcium citrate 400 mg (84 mg calcium ions), bulking agent: cellulose, potato starch, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, lanolin cholacalciferol (vitamin D3) 15 mcg.

Directions MyVita Calcium + D3 Forte

1 tablet 3 times a day. Drink with water.
