Megabol O.M.A. is the first product based on the decarboxylation of acid inhibitors (etracen) intended for humans. This process, also known as metabolic saving, was presented in scientific publications in 2003 (R. Vespalec et al.), In 2005 (H. Liedreman), in 2007-09, the results of the work of a group of scientists with Dr. H. Różański appeared, indicating the effectiveness of the method in fattening animals (increase by 7% of final weight). The effectiveness of the metabolic saving (etracene) method in sport is currently being determined.
None of the supplements available in the world uses the described method yet. OMA is the first commercial preparation containing etracene.
Etracen stimulates the growth of muscle tissue mass by inhibiting the decarboxylation of amino acids and stimulating protein digestion as well as metabolizing amino acids and directing them to protein synthesis. It works similarly to analogous compounds developed and used for several years in breeding to stimulate the attention of animals.
Etracen inhibits transaminases (transaminases): alanine aminotransferase and asparate aminotransferase. Reduces the concentration of microsomal enzymes, including cytochrome P-450 and benzfetamine N-demethylase. Transaminases cause the transfer of amino groups between different amino acids (amino acid cores), so that the rate and type of metabolism pathways (catabolism or synthesis) of individual amino acids undergo radical changes. The consequence of this is an increase in blood levels of alkaline phosphatase and free amino acids. It is a positive effect on metabolism, it depends on the mechanism of the stimulating effect of isoquinoline alkaloids on weight gain
they overtakeETRACEN was presented to producers for the first time during the FIBO 2011 fair and the work on it was described in the English "Beef Magazine" this year. In Poland, eleven SFD and Body-Factory moderators have made their first attempt at using this remedy in history, presenting changes in figure on an ongoing basis. The preparation was available in a small group, mainly to carry out efficacy analyzes (for testers with an arm circumference> 44 cm it was still available free of charge at Discovery-Polska.com).
Etracenreduces the concentration of toxic amines in the intestines and blood, helping the liver to work. Cyclic amino acids, e.g. tryptophan, tyrosine, histidine, phenylalanine, proline are not then excessively broken down to amines, but included in the construction of enzymatic building proteins, which significantly improves the protein balance. It will support the inhibition of putrefactive and fermentative bacteria, the concentration of harmful amines in the intestines and blood (cadaverine, putrescine, skatol, indole) is reduced. Amines burdening the kidneys and liver adversely affect the growth and development of the body. Amines formed, especially with high-protein nutrition, additionally burden the liver and nervous system. Amines which are amino acid products are responsible for faster fatigue of working muscles and their presence is characterized by an unpleasant smell of feces. During the use of etracene, the accepted amino acids are absorbed and used for the synthesis of enzymatic and structural proteins. The active ingredients of etracene reduce the unpleasant stool odor resulting from the decarboxylation of amino acids, fermentation and putrefaction. Such adverse processes in the digestive tract can be seen especially when consuming amino acid and protein nutrients.
Knowledge about the possibility of eliminating amines with alkaloid inhibitors is relatively young. The effect of isoquinoline alkaloids on the transformation of mercapton compounds was described in 2003 (R. Vespalec, P. Bartak, V. Šimánek and M. Vlcková1). Works and publications on the practical application of these compounds were conducted, among others by Dr Henryk Różanski2,3 (author of the composition of etracene).
Etracen works anti-catabolic to amino acids and body proteins. When feeding the animals isoquinoline alkaloids contained in etrachen, an increase in body weight of 7% of the final weight (additional 1 kg for every 14 kg) 2,3,4 was observed. Due to such high efficiency, these compounds have been introduced as an alternative to the antibiotic growth stimulants and coccidiostats banned since 20053. Real results in humans are the subject of experiments.
