Fermented soybeans (natto) are traditionally eaten in Japan. It is obtained by fermenting soybeans with the Bacillus subtilis (natto) bacterial strain. These bacteria, acting on soy protein, cause the formation of an enzyme - nattokinase. Does not contain vitamin K.
