Directions Iconfit MSM Powder

MSM has a bitter taste and is particularly suitable for mixing with larger amounts of liquid. Use 2-5 g a day mixed with water or juice. It is recommended to start with a small amount, for example 1 g (1/4 teaspoon per glass of water) per day, increasing the dose gradually.
