Ingredients: Bulking Agents (Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Blueberry Leaf Extract, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine, Carnauba Wax).

Directions Holland & Barrett Blueberry Extract 60 mg

Take one tablet three times daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
