Holland & Barrett Colon Care Plus Powder is a natural bulk forming product containing Psyllium Seed Husks and colonics to provide gentle digestive support without the addition of chemical stimulants. Psyllium husks are rich in fibre, colace and naturally aid digestion and healthy bowels. The use as a regular dietary supplement may help to improve and maintain regular GI transit. We have finely ground psyllium husks to ensure the texture is less gritty and mixes well with water, juices and smoothies. Directions Holland & Barrett Colon Care Plus (Psyllium Husk)

Take as directed, one to three times daily. Children: 12 years and older; take as directed, 1/2 the adult dose daily. Do not exceed stated dose. Please ensure adequate consumption of water when increasing dietary fibre - Minimum of 6 to 8 glasses of water daily.
