Ingredients: Bromelain, Maltodextrin, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).

Directions Holland & Barrett Bromelain 500 mg

Take one tablet three times daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
