Directions GAL Magnesium bisglycinate

Take one capsule in the evening after dinner or before going to bed, and the other after any meal. For Sleep Dosage: 2-4 capsules per day. Take 1 or 2 capsules before going to bed and 2 capsules after a meal during the day.
