BICAPS Skin & Hair is a combination of 7 ingredients , including zinc and selenium (in the form of highly absorbable zinc citrate and L-selenomethionine), biotin and silicon (naturally derived from bamboo). The product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The ingredients contained in the product help maintain healthy skin (biotin, zinc), hair (biotin, selenium) and nails (selenium). The product also contains MSM (a sulfur compound that is part of the building blocks of skin and nails) and silicon (a micronutrient found, among others, in the skin).
