Melatonin controls sleepiness at night. Its production can be inhibited by natural or artificial light, as well as stress. The vast majority of adults need 6 to 9 hours of sleep at night; both too little and too much sleep can cause tiredness during the day.

Take 2 capsules daily, 1 hour before your bedtime with aglass of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
