Pour the contents of 1 packet into a glass, pour 200-300 ml of water (not hot) or juice, mix thoroughly and drink. The usual dose is 1 sachet per day, after meals. It is recommended to consult a doctor or pharmacist about determining a different dose. You can reduce the sour taste with sugar and adding more water or juice. Adults use 1 packet per day, children from 6 to 12 years - ½ packet, children from 2 to 6 years - ¼ packet per day after meals.
