Grapefruit is one of the most popular fruits. Grapefruit owes its bitterness to naringin, which is a key flavonoid found in produced grapefruit seed extracts.
Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the bark of cinnamon. There are several types of cinnamon, including the most popular and most valued - Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum).

Directions Aura Herbals Walnut Natural Complex

Shake well before use. Measure 17 drops on a teaspoon and consume directly or add to water, juice or other cool liquid. Use twice a day.
