Allnutrition DiosminAll is a dietary supplement, intended for physically active people, based on a micronized flavonoid fraction and an extract of the Ruscus aculeatus barbweed flower with the addition of vitamin C. Allnutrition DiosminAll , thanks to its micronized flavonoid fraction, contains rich ingredients such as diosmin and hesperidine. 

• Diosminis a natural chemical compound belonging to the flavonoid group. Flavonoids are obtained mainly from flesh, skin and citrus fruit pips. Flavonoids in the plant are responsible, among others, for fighting insects and fungi attacking the plant, they protect the plant against excessive UV radiation and act as antioxidants. Diosmin in the digestive system is transformed with the participation of a bacterial flora into the di-ritin, and this is metabolised to phenolic acids and / or their derivatives and excreted in the urine. Not absorbed diosmin is excreted in the faeces. 
• Diosmin in the composition with hesperidin and vitamin C is recommended for supplementing the diet supporting the cardiovascular system. 
• Hesperydryna an organic chemical compound that is a hesperetin glycoside that is a flavonoid type of flavanones. Formerly known as vitamin P2. It has a strong antioxidant effect, mainly supporting the synthesis of collagen and proper maintenance of their structures. Thanks to this, it not only increases the impermeability of blood vessels, but also significantly improves the condition and durability of the skin. It occurs in large quantities in citrus fruits, i.e. lemons and oranges in the white flesh of the skin.
