Aliness NAC contains up to 380 mg !!! pure N-acetyl L-cysteine in one tablet. It is a modified form of cysteine - an endogenous amino acid that binds many toxic substances, and thus is helpful in detoxification processes. L-cysteine is also essential in the synthesis of glutathione - a powerful antioxidant. It also participates in the synthesis of proteins, enzymes and coenzymes.
