HMB 1250 XXL TABS (beta-hydroxy beta-metylobutyrate) is synthesised within the body out of L-leucine, an amino acid. One of the biochemical functions of HMB is its involvement in the synthesis of protein. HMB also boasts a capacity to inhibit the activity of catabolic enzymes. Each tablet of HMB 1250 XXL contains as much as 1250 mg of HMB calcium salts, i.e. 1000 mg of pure HMB! HMB 1250 XXL Tabs is recommended to anyone pursuing strength and endurance sports (running, cycling, combat sports, etc.).

Directions Activlab HMB 1250 Amino Acids

On training days 1 tablet 30 min before exercise, 1 tablet after exercise and 1 tablet before going to bed; on non training days 1 tablet before going to bed.
